Taking the Lead
Staff who use their initiative are gold dust. They solve problems, complete tasks, and keep clients happy with minimal supervision. They are precious, but how do we encourage staff to take the lead?
This six-hour course empowers nursing and senior care staff to use their initiative to address common workplace issues. Staff will appreciate the wealth of their experience and knowledge and come away much more confident in their ability to act independently.
